【macOS-GlobalProtect】连接失败日志分析解决

电脑：M1pro

系统：macOS 13.0

app版本：5.2.10-6

前提：换个几个app版本，怎么安装都不行，一直报连接中。。。同事新mac（同配置）安装一次就能连接上，然后就去网上搜索无果，自己就根据日志开始分析（网上找了好久）

日志分析解决过程

先收集日志、解压日志目录  打开PanGPA.log文件，搜索Error信息，我这里显示本地端口4767连接失败！去官网搜索问题全球保护客户端未连接 - 知识库 - 帕洛阿尔托网络 (paloaltonetworks.com)  打开PanGPS.log日志，搜索Error信息，提示：“Force to unload gplock kext failed”强制卸载gplock kext失败  官网搜索gb内核扩展Remove the GlobalProtect Enforcer Kernel Extension (paloaltonetworks.com)，找到如下  我电脑之前有安装过低版本，估计是没删除内核扩展，安装官网步骤删除内核扩展： 1、cd /Applications/Utilities 2、kextstat | grep gplock 3、sudo kextunload -b com.paloaltonetworks.GlobalProtect.gplock  第三步删除报错，没找到该内核扩展 Executing: /usr/bin/kmutil unload -b com.paloaltonetworks.GlobalProtect.gplock Error Domain=KMErrorDomain Code=3 "Error occurred unloading extensions: Missing extension with identifier com.paloaltonetworks.GlobalProtect.gplock : Could not find: Extension with identifier 'com.paloaltonetworks.GlobalProtect.gplock' not found" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Error occurred unloading extensions: Missing extension with identifier com.paloaltonetworks.GlobalProtect.gplock : Could not find: Extension with identifier 'com.paloaltonetworks.GlobalProtect.gplock' not found} 没管它，安装GlobalProtect成功运行
