java 【Maven】个人可用的maven settings文件

这里通过博客备份一个个人用的maven settings文件。如果使用默认的maven settings文件，经常出现plugin加载不出来等问题。而重置系统的时候，maven setting经常忘记备份，因此特地在blog上备份一次。

这个xml是结合[1]改动来的，注释掉了其中一些不需要的以及错误的标签。个人改动一下最上方的maven repo地址即可，要和idea中的maven repo地址保持一致。
