发布Flask Web项目时，报错缺少Cryptography，于是尝试重新安装该库，但本机没有网络，只支持手动离线安装，尝试了pip、setup.py两种方式安装，结果都报错。。最后使用将安装包拷贝至本机(在其他电脑上安装的sitepackages里面的文件），重启后发现可以读取到该库
